Bombardier is one of the pinnacles of Canadian pride. As a world-class producer of business jets, their products are synonymous with luxury. Naturally, their digital products should be too.
As part of an 8-month internship, I had the opportunity to contribute to this process. Starting from scratch, the product team ideated, designed, developed, and user-tested a brand new mobile and iPad application for pilots.

As part of a semester long project, my teammates and I investigated the usability and information architecture of the website, identifying problems and presenting solutions to improve the webstore's design, to better serve the community.
The Innovation Hub at the University of Toronto is a student led initiative to design with and for students to better improve campus life. As a Digital Storyteller I had the opportunity to create visual assets in the form of icons and reports to illustrate these findings, update website content and architecture, and participated in the creation of a design system for the organization.
